It sounds like you are having General anxiety...I agree with Stephanie..."Bi-Polar" it seems is the new catch phrase of the Medical Community lately...
God Bless and thanks for serving in the armed forces..

I think it is a very good move on your part by getting multiple opinions regarding your symptoms. If multiple doctors have diagnosed you with PTSD, there must be a PTSD related component to your mental health issues. However, I think there is more going on with you as well. I have a few questions for you in order to understand your situation better:
Have you had all medical conditions ruled out or had any medical tests run in order to exclude such conditions?
Are you currently (or did you recently) using or abusing substances including alcohol?
Did the any of the physical symptoms (pain, nausea, migraines) occur only after you began medication?
What medications are you taking?
I'm not sure if you necessarily have Bipolar Disorder. In order to have Bipolar Disorder you either have to have experienced a manic episode or a hypomanic (kinda like half-manic) episode in addition to a major depressive episode. Do you know if you have experienced mania (ex. staying up for days on end, having rapid thoughts and speech, feeling on top of the world)?
No matter what your diagnosis, I'm glad you're getting help and always know that you are definitely not alone. I have PTSD and generalized anxiety disorder. I have recently found this forum and just reading others posts help me relax. Just take it one day at a time and keep your head up. You are going to be okay...we all are going to be okay.
