Can you help?

Im not sure what is wrong with me!
I think i have anxiety attacks!

About 2 years ago its started, Im always thinking of bad things, I have to always reassure myself im not sick or i havent got any diseases. I worry about leaving the iron on at home even though i know i havent used it during the day, i worry if i have locked my car and check this constantly, i worry and double check if doors are constantly locked and if my keys are still in my handbag...... its stupid things that make me feel abnormal!!
About 1 year ago i starting feeling a sunburnt feeling in my lower back and the doctor said its panic attacks......

Could this be OCD?

Any advise please?
Thanks

I agree with Raine9, you do present classic symptoms of OCD. I would see about seeing a therapist and see if they can help.

The constant checking is a pretty classic symptom of OCD.  A person can have OCD and anxiety.
Talk to a therapist and/or psychiatrist to see if medication is appropriate.

Good luck!!
