Because of smoking you are getting less oxygen. Cut back on smoking and your oxygen level will rise.
Try to calm down. Your O2 is likely a result of the smoking. It is not that bad. I think you should go back to your doctor and see about getting help to quit. You are young and if you have anxiety smoking isnt doing you any favours. But until you get in to see them, atleast try to get back and relax, 94% is not bad!!!
