can anyone help

I have been on lexapro(caused extreme fatigue) , zoloft( caused rage) and cymbalta(hospitalized when body temp kept going low and very high, along with suicidal thoughts)  am now medicine free but am having terrible panic attacks?  I am seeing a therapist who has given me breathing techniques to help.  Can anyone suggest anything?  My doctor wants to try prozac, honestly, I'm scared to try another medicine..    help

If you are experiencing panic attacks, the best medication would be an antianxiety agent (a benzodiazapame) such as Klonopin.  I take Klonopin for generalized anxiety disorder.  At first I felt very sedated.  This could have been due to two headache medications I was on (am off of now), or my body hadn't adjusted to it.  Now, I'm not sedated from it.  For me, Klonopin helps a bit, but for panic attacks, it's supposed to work wonders.  It doesn't sound like you are depressed, so why take an antidepressant?  What you need is a medication that specifically addresses your panic attacks.  Talk with your doctor about Klonopin.  Good luck.

yes ask for klonopin its a great med and you can wing off it easy , there is very little side affects from it , you might be tired to start but it goes away and this med helps you get back on feet so you can be yourself again. lots like the med others hate it because they say they are stuck on it but, you can get off i have and will use it again if need to.
