chest tightness, discomfort, fatigue for the past few days, is this anxiety?

I've been having intermittent chest tightness over the past few days, along with feeling generally tired and sluggish, especially when I'm up walking around or doing physical activity. I'm an otherwise healthy 21 year old (overweight w/ diagnosed anxiety). Been to ER 3 times in past 4 months for same issue, all results have come back just fine. Cholesterol, blood pressure, everything is fine. ECG done as well as chest X-ray. ER doctors have dismissed the situation as either anxiety or constochondritis. I went on an anxiety med a few months ago and was doing great for a bit with little concern for this issue, however, it's become more bothersome the past few days. I know I am often a hypochondriac and have pretty severe health anxiety so I won't discount that. Would love some insight from y'all. Thank you so much.

It sounds like you've been cleared of a heart issue and it's highly unlikely at your age you have one, but as long as you use the ER instead of getting a doctor you're not going to get a full picture of the state of your health.  ERs are for emergencies and they work fast, but you're supposed to then go see your regular physician for more thorough and regular care.
