HIV Anxiety-HIV 10th week neg..2 more weeks to go

Hi Friends,
I just got my hiv test results 10 weeks post possible exposure in febuary. Tested 2,3,4,5,6.and 7 wks, all neg so far. As you guys know my possible exposure was: I was the bottom and the rubber broke and i did not know his hiv status. I've experienced all the hiv symptoms you could think of, inlcuding being hospitlized for an anxiety attack. I have two more weeks to go and i hoping I don't convert or ars start. I went to my doctor yesterday and he states everything is looking good so far, he had a rapid blood test done stat and came back this morning neg. i'm going back in two weeks for a follow up since i'm on paxil and klonodin now to help calm my anxiety hiv fears and tp check at my 12 weeks.  The only symptoms left  are headaches, pimples on side of back, and sweaty armpits. Thank you guys for your all your support,..any opinions or thoughts please in always aprreciative.

Tony

yeah I bet those people outsode the wondow were immune comprimised already from some other ailment. Your 7 negative tests in a row arent gonna change. You can read anything on the internet, that doesnt make it true or the norm.

No, my immune system is my in great shape just had it checkedout, never really been sick in my life 25 healthy male....thank god :),..but i've read on the internet and asked if people become poz after after window period and it was yes, so that's why i still have the anxiety attacks and the symptoms. but i'm on meds now to calm my butt down and getting a grip on the situation.

And what makes you worry that you will convert after the window period? Are you already immune comprimised? If you arent then you wont convert after the window., thats who that small percentage consists of.

Man you are negative, I probably wouldnt even go back again, you have already had 7 tests and they were all negative, do you really think after 7 tests that your eigth might turn positive? It isnt gonna happen. Come off the ARS fear, its unwarranted. Headaches, pimples, and sweating armpits arent even symptoms of it, more than likely its anxiety related.

Good luck with your anxiety therapy also. Just remember to always have safe sex.
