thank you for your time, I do feel better today, seems like its getting better I fight it all day and try not to take anything for it, cant stand not being myself lol, hope you have a great day
wow it just wont go awayyyyy. feel better than it comes again , its a all day thing it might go away for couple hours than back, can this be something worse than anxiety, my head and I just don't feel right lol, I am not really dizzy just feel like I am not balanced at times , anyone understand that lol
I do understand that completely. Like an "off" feeling, an "almost" dizziness?
Have you had a physical lately? If you haven't within the last year, I don't think it would hurt. There could be something very simple that could be causing the way you feel.
Good chance it is anxiety, but if you haven't been seen by your doc lately, it's a good time to do so. What are you doing, if anything right now, to address the anxiety? Therapy? Meds?
Sorry, I cannot recall.
Hang in there hon!
thank you for talking , not sure how you work as a nurse than take the time to help us out but I really thank you .
I have seen a dr she did all blood work t was good, I had my stress test 4 months ago because I have pac and they wanted to do a stress test, it was good, bp always good I take at home,
I have Ativan to take when bad but I try to fight it and not take the pills I have took a few . I guess it just came out of blue and when I have anxiety its when I am worried about something but this time it just hit, ive not been dizzy since that sat I had like three spells of feeling dizzy but not room spin dizzy. since than I just feel off , not right, I have hours I feel ok and its gone than it comes back. if it was something bad I would think it would not go away. right
should I have a mri. I really don't belive I have a brain problem.
my ears and face still have a little tingle to them and that tells me I think its anxiety, its just not doing right this time different lol
thank you for any info Barbara
Is there a test I should do ? Woke up with ears and face tingling, I can handle that, having hard time doing the off feelings and unbalance feeling
It could be anxiety, sometimes our anxiety will change in the usual ways it presents itself. When that happens, it can be perplexing, because we get used to learning how to identify our anxiety with the typical ways it presents itself.
I would try to stay busy and try not to focus on these sensations, and see if it gets better. If not, have a once over by your doc, and then maybe reemploy some of your old anxiety coping mechanisms.
Hope you feel better soon, keep us updated!
