Go to AnxietyTribe.com, and see their list of relaxation techniques. Good stuff! :)
I have absolutely no experience myself. 'But my dad always tells a story of the first time he got a panic attack. He was on a trip from Lake Havasu Az, back to Riverside Ca. Anyway he kept telling his peeps to take him to the hospital and as soon as they pulled up he was fine. This happened five times on the trip home. So he went to doctor and got a xanax prescription. Now he never took one. But he always kept one in his purse. (that was what he called his fannypak) And just that piece of mind alone was all that ***** needed. I know this is more about panic attacks but its all i got baby. If you dont want to be so anxious just have a little patience. Duh
It can be possible.yes. I would recommend getting in to counseling, which can help so much. Eating right, exercising, letting go of stress. finding out why you have anxiety and what your trigger points may be.
