i get that sometimes, usually it seems like it's for no specific reason. i kno it's a symptom of my anxiety but i haven't really figured out how to relax it when it happens usually forgetting about it does the trick.
The simple answer to your question is to address the anxiety and most likely the symptom will resolve. This goes for ANY symptom of anxiety we may deal with....from upset stomachs, diarrhea, heart palpitations, headaches, and so on. The symptoms of anxiety vary greatly from person to person, but the underlying cause is the same. Once we manage to get the anxiety under control, our symptoms improve.
Like rls27 above said, exercise is a great way to try to help ease some of the anxiety. You can also try to keep yourself busy and keep your mind occupied with thoughts not related to your symptoms (easier said than done at times, but with some work, it's possible). If the symptoms worsen, or become disruptive in your daily life, you may want to explore other treatment options, such as meds, therapy, etc.
Good luck! Let us know how you're doing!
Perhaps some exercise will help lift some of that tension. Try getting out each day for some cardio or even a long walk. Expend some energy and maybe that will help alleviate some of your tension.
