I also notice a connection. I've been trying to eat lots more veggies, and started eating an "apple a day" like Mom used to say.
Or maybe I feel a little better because of the improved eating, I've lost a few pounds and that helps self-esteem for me.
Whatever it is I'm going to keep eating those veggies and fruit!
I sure do! I'm very depressed right now because I have weight to lose but at the same time I get anxious because I want it off NOW! And then I get real symptoms and end up giving up. It's a vicious cycle I am now attempting to break. ONE DAY AT A TIME. Or hour rather. :(
