does anxiety make you go toilet alot

Hi, sorry for asking a weird question, have been constantly going to the toilet in this hour have been eight times is that normal when u suffer from anxiety?

Strong connection between the gut and anxious brain.  I have often had panic and stomach probs simultaneously.

My doctors have said many of us are hit in stomach when anxiety strikes.

Different for all...some get headaches...or other muscle aches and pains...dizziness...

Try to stay focused on the present.  Talk to yourself if necessary repeating whatever works...'this is today...not last week' (when you may have had many trips to bathroom:).

In the past I thought I had hiv, I used to cry every night the person forced me into doing things and he won't come out my head. But your absolutely right, I should try to focus on the present its very hard but I have to do it.

yes yes anxiety will make you use bathroom a lot thats your nerves
