i can take any pill out there and it feels like something goes off in my head. or not sometimes. my inside feel like they want to run away from me.

Dizzyness can be due to any number of ailments.  Have you sought medical treatment?
Anxiety frequently makes one feel dizzy and/or lightheaded.  It's one of the more common symptoms of anxiety.  What other symptoms do you have?

People do usually reply.  Sometimes it takes a little longer than we wish.  Believe me I know.
I wish I could tell you.  I'm struggling with a ton of symptoms right now.  They tell me its all anxiety related.  Its hard to believe it sometimes.
