My forehead is actually twitching right now and if I concentrate, I can see floaters as well. When we are anxious, we tend to focus on EVERY little symptom that is going on in our bodies. We also tend to interpret normal sensations as catastrophic.
Have you discussed your symptoms with a doctor? He/she can probably shed some light on the subject and refer you to a good therapist to talk over your fears and concerns....keep us posted!
I do not get muslce spasms all over my body, only in different areas at different times. As far as the eye floaters go, that is completely normal and everyone gets them to some extent, the more you pay attention to them the more you will see them.
