Is it anxiety

Whenever I sit on chair, bed stretching my legs down etc for few hours I start feeling tightness in my head and my forehead start getting cold. These symptoms go away in few minutes if i go and lay down on bed. I am patient of hypertension and take the medicine. I am also patient of anxiety. Almost all my blood test reports are normal. I am also patient of gallstone but the gallstone is good in health and no problem.
Please suggest about my head problem which is teasing me a lot. I can not sit on office chair or computer chair for a long time and had to lay down. I also feel pressure, little burning like it is edema on feet and lower legs. Also like ears blocking.
thanks

FOUR different dx's from the same doctor! Was he going to treat you for all four disorders?

These other doctors you saw, were they also family doctors?
If so, I would strongly recommend that you see a specialist such as a Neurologist.

If he rules out that it has anything to do with your brain, I'm sure he will know which specialists to send you to next.

I wish you the very best and hope you get an answer soon.

Thanks dear.

To update rest of the readers I would mention that i do not feel for asleep or drowsiness etc. I have been visiting to various doctors and explained the condition but the same confusing  reply from all of them. Would you believe one family doctor diagnosed 4 different diseases for the same symptoms. At first he diagnosed TIA ( it is a sort of interruption in blood circulation of brain), then he diagnosed ENT problem, 3rdly he diagnosed anxiety and lastly he diagnosed hypotension where as i am patient of hypertension. Now imagine he is a qualified doctor. What to talk about the doctors.
Despite of the fact i have visited 4-5 different doctors I am still suffering from this problem.

regards and bes wishes for all of you

I'm afraid I don't know what to tell you about the symptoms you've described. I don't have any idea why sitting would cause a tightening in your head and your forehead to get cold.
It could have something to do with sitting too long. Perhaps your circulation is being restricted. If your feet fall asleep after sitting for long periods, the feeling of pressure and burning could be from the circulation being restored.
I don't know what to think about the sensation in your ears.
I would strongly advise you to see your doctor and address these issues. If you do have a circulation problem, it needs to be treated.
