Taking your question at face-value, I think you can see the obvious answer is to stop shoving things in your ears. Depending on how aggressive you are and how deeply you go, you may have started a little infection in there, so naturally, the nearby lymph nodes are going to react -a healthy sign. Go deeply enough, and perhaps even the inner ear -where balance is controlled- can get kind of wacky. And of course, when you mess with your ears you tilt your head this way and that -which also makes the gyroscope wobble a bit. Finally, an infection of the inner ear can also interfere with balance. And all that scatching around also makes things itchy.
Best idea is to see your doctor for an ear exam -perhaps some antibiotics are in order to clear things up. Then perhaps a psychological evaluation to figure out whay you have this compulsion in the first place. People stick all kinds of things in themselves as a sort of nervous habit -time for you to come to grips with it, OK?
