i'm 55 and going crazy

hi the doctors say i have menieres disease 12 years now. its worse in winter i cant go or do much of anything. dizzy foggy  head off balance  tired all the time i have panic attacks i have for years i take xanax. i've been to lot of doctors they send me some where else  im going crazy can u help

There are treatments for Menier's and although you feel you couldn't give up the Xanax, your anxiety might be better controlled by a longer lasting medication, and you wouldn't miss the Xanax. I know Menier's is a tough thing to be dealing with, and I wish you all the best.

nothing  for the meniers. i don't think i could give up my xanax

The Xanax isn't controlling your anxiety and you need to go back to your prescribing doctor and let him know this.  I'm sure the Meniers is adding more anxiety and you may need something other than Xanax...something that controls the anxiety 24/7.  What are they doing for the Meniers?
