facial tremor

does anyone with anxiety experience facial tremor, my doc diagnosed me with anxiety disorder, anything to make it go away

as i know im pretty well keepin my anxiety under control
in fact lately my appetite has rly increased
cn u describe more wt do u mean by muscle twitching
i rly appreciate ur help sir

hw do i differentiate twitching n tremor, cause each time i move my nose upwards, i'll have some sort of movement around my eyes, bt its been there for almost a month, it did nt bother me all this while, all out of sudden it freaked me out, thanks to both of u who's been helping me out

If it's twitching you're talking about then yes, it can be anxiety related. Typical causes of twitching can be stress, lack of sleep, vitamin/mineral deficiency etc. Keep in mind, when you are suffering from anxiety, you often don't eat or sleep as you should and it's the fatigue and nutional depletion that may be causing the twitches.

When u say tremors do u mean twitching if so that's one of the symptoms of anxiety and it will pass you'll be ok. I get the all over my body. I don't freak out when they come I just look at it as something very funny and it don't bother me.
