fatique from vascular condition

I have an inoperable heart from birth with vascular disease.  Diabetes with a pump, chronic fatique, epstein barr virus. chronic pain from removed right lung. I have absolutely no energy. Although I take good vitamins, I just can't get up and about, unless it is to a doctor and even then its a feat.  Any help out there?

Have any of your doctors told you to expect to feel this way with your current health conditions?  If not, you may want to see a psychiatrist to determine if maybe you are depressed which makes us feel tired all the time, and everything a chore. Hope this helps and take care.
