Help me please :(

Okay so I have anxiety issues. I wake up anxious everyday and have to calm myself down. I've never actually been diagnosed with it because I think my mum convinces herself it's not. At the moment, I'm not doing too badly,I'm not dizzy and the tingling in my hands and feet cleared up. But now I wake up with stomach ache and I seem to have completely lost my appetite. Like I can eat but I'm not exactly hungry. I also get a weird head sensation on the right side of my head everyday and it seems to be constant even when I've calmed myself down. Please help me, is this anxiety or something more serious? I'm so worried!!!

i had my blood done on the thursday and the results where back by tuesday, i was very nervous, i phoned for my results, the receptionist just said i need to make a routine appointment and got one a week later, due to go wednesday, so none the wiser what the results are, but im sure if it was urgent, she would have had me straight up there, she did say if my blood comes back clear then she wants to see me again to give me different tablets for anxiety and deppression.

Hey, I've spoken to a doctor and I've had blood tests done and he said its down to anxiety as they came back clear, but I'm not convinced, is it anxiety?

You can try the natural way to treat anxiety, which is the acupuncture treatment. This is a drug-free treatment that targets the part of the brain that regulates emotions, to reduce anxiety. Additionally, it provides faster relief and has fewer side effects.

Hello,

What I know is that anxiety seems to mask itself in so very many ways. What we all see from being on this site is that people can suffer from anxiety in so many ways. You are making yourself anxious by focusing on what you are feeling ( we all do this) and that makes the anxiety worse and then you start to feel new, other weird sensations which you then focus on. It is cyclical. One fear leads to more symptoms which leads to even more fear and then more symptoms. You have to find a way to break the cycle. Some people seem to like to lay down and focus on breathing. Others listen to music or podcast. Find something that you can do when you begin to feel weird and just remember that you are fine and you are going to be fine.
