Why did the IUD cause you to feel anxious? That quesiton doesn't really matter, it's just more out of curiosity that I asked.
What DOES cause me a great deal of alarm is that you would remove it yourself! Do you realize how dangerous that was? The risks you took by doing that?
You took it out, but you STILL have anxiety, so I guess it wasn't just the IUD at the root of this.
Sounds to me that you have ample reasons to be anxious. Single parent with four kids, bills to pay, no job and a boyfriend just off to prison.
You worry about not being able to sleep and feel lousy even when you do.
I can understand your anxiety over your life situation, but in my humble, non-medical opinion, I think what's going on here is that your depressed.
You need to speak with a doctor about getting help for this condition...........either through therapy or medication or both. I would also speak with a doctor about this feeling of not being able to breath while lying on your back. Anxiety can cause all sorts of breathing "problems," but there are also some medical reasons why this could be happening. Did this difficulty with breathing begin BEFORE or AFTER you removed the IUD? I would strongly urge you to see a doctor as soon as possible.
I wish you the best.
