Ok I will try and I'll look on youtube thanks :)
Then in the mean time try to do controlled breathing. You are probably dizzy because you are hyperventilating which is possible without you even realizing it.
Take a deep breath in through your nose, hold it for 5 seconds and count this out in your head, then let it all out through your mouth. You can lay down when you do it with your hands on your stomach and feel the rise and fall with each breath. Sometimes I say "In" and "Out" with each inhale and exhale. Also, look for some meditation videos on YouTube...some of them are quite good and will help to relax you as well.
I'm sure the psychiatrist next week will be able to help you. They don't usually teach CBT so you may want to think about seeing a psychologist as well that teaches cognitive behavioral therapy.
Take care.

I'm not on this forum much but I do remember seeing some earlier postings by you. I'm sorry that I'm coming into your situation late in the game so if you have already answered these questions earlier, I apologize.
You say when you go to the doctors they say it is anxiety and send you home. Have you seen either a psychologist or a psychiatrist? Who is sending you home? A General Practitioner? The ER?
What are you particularly anxious over, if you can even pinpoint it?
