While I have to agree with Brad that Louis Armstrongs version of "It's A Wonderful World" is classic, for my money, you simply CANNOT beat the version/combo of Israel Kamakawiwo'ole singing "It's a Wonderful World and Somewhere Over the Rainbow." This giant Hawaiian is gone now, but his music is magic.
Easy to find on YouTube or just Google...........

Louis Armstrong Wonderful World
I'm not aware of any specific anti-anxiety music. I'd say any music that YOU really like may help.
When I used to have full blown panic attacks, any external noise made things worse.......the TV, music, the kids, traffic...........anything. I needed absolute quiet.
I agree with the above poster that when you begin to feel your anxiety escalating, it might help to put on music that will get you moving. Exercise does help, so it's well worth a try.
I find walking with an iPod very soothing. And I no longer get embarrassed when the urge to dance comes over me and people are honking and hollering at me. Whatever it takes my friend, just do it.
Peace

When you feel like you're gonna get anxiety, start exercising and put onme some music that will hype you up or wanna dance, or go for a run. Get into a sport, that helps too. I since i started getting anxiety took up paintball and snowboarding, bike riding and soccer. Exercise feel healthy and mind feels healthy.
it depends on the person and how bad the anxiety or depression is
Yes lol are there any songs that help you get through anxiety or depression
Is there a question in here somewhere?
