Could anxiety ever manifest itself with flu-like symptoms - vomiting, chills, fever?

Chills are a very common side effect during an anxiety/panic attack, not so much vomiting and fever. That's not to say they can't or don't happen, but 99% of anxiety sufferers do not have these symptoms.
Is it possible you simply have the flu? Or do you manifest these symptoms with every anxiety/panic attack?

I could have just had a virus. I was curious because since I've had anxiety, I've learned that it has so many different symptoms.
