Sudden Anxiety or something else ?

Last year I started having really bad swallowing problems and it lasted 2 weeks. I went to my doctor and she said it was to do with my sinuses. I got a nose spray which helped and then my swallowing had improved but only for a few days. Throughout all this I had been moody and not my self.

I had a blood test done and my doctor said she will call me the next day to tell me what it said. That is when my problem started she never ended up calling and I started wondering "what if I have cancer, what if this.. that ..etc"
From that day I got all the anxiety symptoms and would just be scared of dying CONSTANTLY.

It's been happening for 5 months now and I just do no want to settle with anxiety. I had 3 more blood tests and more visitis to that doctor and another one for a second opinion.   Seeing as all my tests came back they just tell me it's anxiety but why. I mean I was never like this it's just not me.

My mum has it but she got is as a result of living in the war and all. and my doctor said I can't get it from her. She also has depression. I've never given any thought to dying before like if I think of it once it jsut goes away after a minute but now it's like always in mind and I hate it. I know everyone is scared and gonna die one day but why can't I stop myself from thinking of it ??

My symptoms are:

yellow nails
chest pain (but near my ribs)
Insomnia
Eye budging
stuffy nose (had a tissues with me at ALL times fro as long as I can remember)
interested in things I like
sadness
irritable
frequent toilet trips
moody
face pains expesh when leaning forwards

and moreee I can't think of right now....

I even had an liver X-Ray and went to an eye doctor and they said I'm all good.

My doctor is so confusing. First she said it anxiety then she says it ain't . =S

well my mum also has bad sinuses which she was meant to get operated but did not...

I just really want it to be something other then anxity I am only 17 and do not want this for the rewst of my life I had enough in 5 months and would not wish this on anyone.
It's so sad that so many people go through this and worse.

so what other things can this be ??
and did anyone ever get told its anxiety and then found out it is not and it was something else causing it ?

help would be greatly appreciated

thank youu

Hopefully I get an Sinus X-Ray done and see what else
There is so many thing that this could be that mimics a

I know this sounds out there, but theoretically the earth is entering into a shift in the poles. The north becomes the south and the south becomes the north. This shift will cause a persons mind to become less dense. I have had anxiety recently and couldn't figure out where it came from. I also cant drink or smoke pot anymore. The 5th dimension is conscious thought and seems to be more real than fiction. Read up on that and try to meditate. Guarenteed to help ;)

Yeah true. Unlike some people who worry they are sick I'm the opposite I just ant something non-major to be wrong so I can be fixed ... I guess ..

It just came as a big surprise I mean I am always happy laughing and just normal I guess =P so I do not get why now ....

Also I researched a lot (can't help it lol... ) and there is so many things that can mimic anxiety it just disturbs me how doctors do not even bother I mean I had to tell my doctor what tests I should have crazy ay...

well I'm still going to do more tests and see what happens I guess I'm not giving up that it is not anxiety ....

thanks for your reply :)

Well I do believe some of those symptoms could be anxiety.  But probably because of the sinus problems.  I bet you are getting worn out and worried about this.  Your sinuses should be looked into to see if anything is wrong.  But also look for foods that you might be sensitive to.  Food sensitivity causes a stuffed up nose.  I got sick with some foods and cut out corn and sugar.  I felt a lot better.  And when I cut the food out of my diet I did this to the whole family.  My husband would suffer from stuffed up sinuses that he would get nose bleeds.  He never got an infection, but that can happen when your sinuses stay stuffed and doesn't clear out.  Well from him not eating corn and sugar all his stuffy nose symptoms went away.  We stayed off the food for a couple of years.  Now he can eat corn and so can I.  But for me just eat corn from time to time or I get my body symptoms again.  Try to find an answer to that stuffy problem of yours.

They are mild. It's not like "panic attacks " people say they have. I never had one.
The weird thing is and its thing thing that makes me think I do not have anxiety is that I had swallowing problems when I was young as well for about 2 months and then it went away. Also I had the (under) chest pain for about 4 years now. No I haven't but I think I might see one soon. I bought some natural anxiety pills but I cannot have them due to my problem of swallowing....

Thanks for replying =)

ps. I remembered some new symptoms
* Low concentration
*   Hard to breathe through nose
* I had a very bad cold last winter and my doctor said it might be bacteria causing this ?
* My magnesium showed ok but it does not mean it is =S
* sneezing
* can't smell well at times
* back and neck pains
* fatigue
* clenching teeth

I do think you have anxiety, because of your health scare from your pains you are feeling, are they intense or mild? Have ou seen a ear nose and throat specialist? And i was told x rays really don't show to much other than bones, you need a CT scan done from your head to your shoulders, just my opinon :-) if nothing shows then try some anti anxiety med, or and a nearve pill to take the edge off.
