having strange symptoms with my anxiety attacks feeling bursts of shock in foreheard and side of face

hi my dr put me on buspar 15 mg and lexapro 10 mg 2 months ago for my anxiety , depression, and severe panic attacks i had to go back to see him about 3 weeks ago cause my panic attacks seem to be getting worse after my meds wore off in the evening after my girls got home from school when i went back to see the dr he change my RX to the buspar being 1 time a day to 2 times a day and decided to put me on femcon fe birth control pills cause i haven't had a period in 2 years when on the 3 day of the second week of my birthcontrol pills i started having a very dark brown discharge that smelt like something dead with was followed 3 days later by a 7 day period this was confusing cause i was on the active pills with the hormones in them ... then it seemed like my buspar and lexapro quit working my panick attaks , depression, and anxiety are worse than ever now
and i started haveing new symptoms they feel like burst of electricity in my forehead that goes down the left side of my face with these attacks i'm very disoriented, dazed and confused and drunk feelingthses attacks last about an hour ok so on the left side of my face where the burst of shocks travel i've broken out with a bad rash (looks like shingles ) but i've broke out in shingles before and they broke out on the back of my right leg that rash was diagnosed as shingles by 3 differant drs is it possible to break out in a differant place with shingles cause i was told the first time i had shingles that they would always come back in the same place on each outbreak the place where the rash is right before i broke out 2 days prior to the rash was burning really bad and itching then came the rash it's been here on my face for a week and a half and seems to be trying to spread to my left eye could these strange events be new anxiety symptoms or a reaction from one of my medications i'm still having the burst of shocks in my forehead and down the left side of my face when the burst happen my pupils get really small and i become very sensitive to light , i'm dazed , confused, drunk, and disoriented  i've made my new apt to see my dr monday 12/10/07 can you offer me any suggestions as to what my dr might need to test for or if you think it might be my meds??
i also seem to have an uncontrollible rocking sensation that i can't control

sound like the lexipro my with has this poblem after the doc swiched her from paxcil to lexipro in 1 week. so now she has discontinuation from the paxcil and bad effects from the lexipro. You will need to stop taking the lexipro but dont stop right away taper your self off the lexipro 5% at a time every 5 weeks till you are off this if you make the change to fast you will have even more problems

Sometimes changing birth controls will cause break through bleeding. I think the best thing to do is to talk to your doctor on Monday.

Best wishes.
