hiya i have been through the brain tumour stage too, i had the headaches even blurred vision, dizzyness in fact every single brain tumour symptom. anxiety can cause every symptom of every disease if you have convinced yourself you have it.
anxiety can cause bad headaches due to the tension in your muscles if your anxious your tense

Hi! Your symptoms sound exactly like mine - infact, it could have been me who's written it!! This sounds like Health anxiety, which is very common, so you are definitely not alone! My anxiety started with the tingling feeling in my face & head and so becasue I wasn't aware that anxiety/panic can cause these symptoms, it just made me so much worse and of course, I started thinking there was something seriously wrong with me!  So EVERY time I had any pains in my head, I immediately started to panic and even at work, I just wanted to cry as I knew I couldn't just go and lie down in my bed (where I seemed to feel safest).  With me, it actually got so bad that I refused to even go to the toilet at work, 'just incase' something happened to me when I was on my own.  I am gradually feeling better but still panic about my health etc... and as you say also, muscle tension is VERY common - I had shoulder & neck tension for months - which were also causing my headaches and if you have a look at the list of symptoms, then head pains is definitely included on there.  I honestly used to get these all the time and I promise, it is just the tension of feeling anxious that's causing them. If you ever want to chat, then feel free to PM me!  Hope this helps.  Shelley x
