Hi all ,I used this sight 6-7 years ago when suffering severe anxiety due to job loss.im starting to get very anxious again its affecting my uni work, I had accident post 7 days hit with pool cue right temple, visited ae department said didn't need scan I'm now getting pain in eyes and top of head ,my previous health anxiety was brain anurysm which by the way I did not have

I'm sorry to hear about your anxiety re-emerging again. The thing to do do now is to prevent it from more aggravation and stop a full relapse. If scans will make you feel better you should tell them that you wish for it to happen. Also if you're still in contact with your previous therapist, go and consult him/her immediately and tell your story and your recurring fears. You can stop your anxiety before it meddle with your life again.

Are you thinking if you had been given a scan you would not have these pains right now?
It is possible , whatever is feeling my anxiety that is the area I have symptoms - think about brain tumours I get head pains and lightheaded , think about my heart I get chest pains and palps so it definitely could be, but if you are really worried go back and discuss this and maybe they will do a scan to be sure, although I'm in the uk and they do not like to "give out" scans!!
