hi my name is lisa.i have been having panic attacks for 10 years now on and off.but they started again on the 12 of dec 07.they just won,t go away i went to see my docter and he upped my meds cipramoil 20mg to 30 mg.but i am sill haveing them not as bad but they come and go.the thing is last year when i had one i got over it because i said to myself ok fined if your going to kill me then ok and they stoped .but now they have come back it's not the fear of im going to die that's makes me so terrfided i think o my god im going to lose it and kill my self.please understand me i DON'T want to do this but this is want i im haveing my panic attacts about now.it just pops in to my head then i will have a panic attack.please help me thank you for your time. lisa xxx
