I completely agree with mammo. you need to get out and excercise and just get out of the house. sunshine is the best medicine out there =). I too am the same way with medication. I get nauseous with tylenol and I have yet to start on buspar because im just  praying i can deal with this  without having to start on medication.

Since all other causes have been ruled out, see a psychiatrist to work with you on medication and/or therapy.  They are much more knowledgable than GP's and certainly an OB-GYN on these types of medications.  A competent doctor will not increase  a dosage that is working for you.  Find ways to decrease your anxiety via exercise, keeping your mind occupied doing things you truly enjoy, seeing friends, etc.  Therapy may be a great tool for you since you are not able to tolerate medications very well.  But don't give up on medication.....it is often trial and error in finding the one that works best for us, but well worth it once we do. Good luck!

Thanks and yes I've seen and had MRI's done on my sinuses and on my brain they showed absolutely nothing. I've taken the meclizine and it did nothing the only thing that kind of helped was 10 mg of prozac that my obgyn had given me but my gp up my dosage to 20 mg that made me have panic attacks and feel as though I was going to black out I have a real low tolerance to meds and 20 is to much so she refuses to go back down so......

I can relate to the dizziness....thats how everything started for me ....that and pain in th back of my head and neck....I have had all test done and seen all drs for this but no one can tell me whats causing it but can tell I have it.....I have the vertigo every now and then but dizziness everyday for the last 5 years...its horrible and I wish I could tell you what to do but I have been dealing with this for so long that I am not sure there is an answer unless something shows up on your MRI or CT scan....

I have learned that dizziness can come from your anxiety but my problem is getting a medication in me long enough to deal with it....I just posted a few minutes ago on paxil and kinda got upsete with the dr office but I feel so drunk headed right now its making me dizzy just typing this....

I hope you can find some help...have you seen and ENT dr or had an MRI done yet to rule out anything....also there is meclizine a motion sickness pill but it doesnt help me but it might help you out....hope you get answers soon....anxiety is bad enough but dizziness along with it sure makes it alot worse for me....my prayers are with you...

God Bless,
