Did you find out why you're so dizzy?
I'm dizzy almost all the time now, but I know it's due mostly to anxiety. I've had so many EKG's in the ER over the years I've lost count, they're all normal. My naturopath has diagnosed me with BPPV but that comes and goes with the way I turn my head, or if I look up quickly, that'll set it off, but then I know that it's the BPPV and I know I won't pass out from that. It's the dizziness from the anxiety that is scary, sometimes I know it's going to happen (like when I'm standing in line & feel trapped & panicky, I'll get really dizzy then, and as soon as I'm out of wherever - bank, grocery store, restaurant, etc - boom the dizziness is gone). Sometimes though I catch myself not breathing properly, like holding my breath or not exhaling all the way or breathing really shallowly, that will make me very dizzy, but I don't realize I'm breathing wrong till I get dizzy, which fuels the anxiety... anyway some of the things I do are: consciously try to breathe better i.e. exhale all the way, not breathing shallow, etc. and also I drink a bunch of water, one of the things I'm petrified of is getting dehydrated, so I'll think that I'm dizzy from that so I make myself drink water, I probably do already drink enough but I get anxious about it so I cover my bases by drinking more, also I make sure I eat at least a little something every couple of hours, I get anxious about low blood sugar (even though I've done the fasting glucose test probably dozens of times and all of them came back normal).
Anyway sorry for going on and on... please do keep us posted on how you're doing with your dizziness, did you find out what is causing it?
The answer would depend on why you're dizzy.
