you can take klonopin that way with no problems at all. if it's just trouble in the mornings, that would be fine. but when you start your jogging, you will see a HUGE difference. make sure you do enough to get a great sweat. work up to 20-25 min. when things are going bad for me and i take a jog, the results are amazing to say the least. feel like a different person afterwards, this includes feeling a little down in the dumps or very mildly depressed or with anxiety. it helps alot. make it a daily habit, you won't be sorry. the meditation and exercise will help tremedously.

It's probably best to check with your doctor to make sure your dosing is the proper way, that will give you the most benefit.

You are doing all the right things to getting started on a healthier life.  Your meditation, your breathing exercises, which promote relaxation naturally; and a morning jog.  Way to go, girl.  Keep up the good work.

With all the work you are doing to help your body, I believe there will come a time when you no longer have to take Klonopin at all.  You are well on your way.  Congratulations on your steps to a healthier and most assuredly, a happier, more well-adjusted person.

Keep up the good work, Mimi,  You're a winner all around!
