dizzy/lightheaded symptoms with anxiety

hi basically i have an anxiety disorder and im trying to find out whether these symptoms i get are linked to the anxiety disorder basically i get these really horrrible dizzy/lightheaded attacks followed by like a vibration in my head ( the best way i can decribe it is like someone has put an electric tooth brush next to my head and turned it on ) the thing is even when im not anxious it can still come on , i can be relaxed and they can still come on sometimes lasting a few mins sometimes it can go on throughout the day , ive been to my doctor about it he said its linked to my anxiety disorder he done a few blood tests to rule other options out but im not convinced , the thing is when i get these attacks it not linked to hyperventilation or breathing because when i get these dizzy/lightheaded attacks it never makes my heart race and i never effects my breathing the only time i get this is when im actually having a panic attack which i believe is totally different to this.

sorry if this all sounds abit confusing but anyones help or advise would be gratefully accepted i just want to get to the bottom of this as its ruining my life .

Are you currently taking any medication ?  Whether for your anxiety or not.  The dizziness can be caused by a spike in your blood pressure.  The toothbrush next to your head can be from the blood pressure spike.  People experience different feelings when they are on the verge of fainting.  I'm not saying that you are going to pass out, but, if it is your blood pressure, you can.  The next time it happens, make sure you have fresh air, and sitting if possible.  Take slow deep breaths.  It is possible to have spikes in blood pressure without having high blood pressure.
