Try closing your eyes and taking deep breaths. You can also try putting a hair tie or a rubber band around your wrist and snap it when you start feeling anxious becuase that can help ease it. Drink some chamomile tea before you go to events such as this becuase it relaxs you and eases anxiety. Or wear rose-tinted sun glasses. I just bought a pair because the color red is suposed to help anxiety. I love them. Hope you are feeling better soon, and dont worry your not alone because this happens to me and tons of people ive read on this forum

Im sorry your going througb that but i cometly know.how you feel. I would rather have just anxiety and suk it up going out, but im always dizzy as hell and i cant do anything. If i have a party to go to i instantly get dizzy like ima pass out and im not able to go as much as you want to go =( hang in there, your not alone
