You're more than welcome.  Like I said, sometimes the changes are very subtle at first.  Give it time.  I know it's hard to be patient.  We want to feel better right NOW, lol.  Unfortunately just doesn't work that way.

You'll get there.

Hon, like I told you, these things take time, as hard it is may be to wait.  It takes at least 4-6 weeks at times to really be able to judge the effectiveness of a medication, and some people take longer than others.

Also, if you were started on a fairly low dose, you may require a dosage increase or two before getting results.  That would mean waiting another 4-6 weeks from the time the dose was increased.  I know it's hard to imagine waiting that long, but it's well worth it to at least try.

I always recommend exhausting ALL possibilities related to ONE medication (including dosage adjustments) before making a decision to change to something else.  You've gotten this far, that's great!  Just try to tough it out, even if that means a few months.

Also, sometimes the initial improvements are very subtle.  You may not realize that there has actually been some imporvement due to the common habit of focusing more on the negative sensations.

One thing is, the frequency ans severity of your posts (and new threads) has decreased.  That could be an indication that things are slowly starting to get better.

PATIENCE.  As hard as it is....you simply MUST hang in there, keep talking to your doctor.  He/she may want to increase your dose soon.  You don't want to throw in the towel if you're only a few weeks away from the start of turning this around.

Are you in therapy?  If not, ask your doc for a referral, it is paramount to do both for the best outcome.
