is this cuz im pregnant????

Ok so ever since i got pregnant, when i go out to eat at a restaurant im constantly thinking I'm being drugged. I always have nightmares about terrist and the world ending. Im always thinking im getting gassed with chemicals when im out and about, i think the government is out to get me and i cant help it. I no it may sound like m psyco but im not. Do any of u ladys get weird thoughts?

Have you ever been diagnosed with OCD?  Have irrational thoughts always been a part of your life but now that you are pregnant and your hormones are all in a rage, you are taking them a step further?  All those hormonal changes do so many things to our bodies.  When I was pregnant, it sent my OCD into overdrive.  I didn't have the same irrational thoughts that you are having but others.  If it becomes a problem, then talk to your OB/GYN about it and possibly get referred to a psychologist to give you a hand during this time.  There are ways to combat these thoughts successfully.  Take care.

Ive never actually been diagnosed with ocd, but ive alwaye thought there was a chance i have it cuz other things bother me that are signs of ocd. Thank u for ur help
