I actually went out last night

well I actually went out last night and Had FUN!! that is not like me.. I started getting anxiety, but i started to think of other things and it went away.. (with the help of a beer) but whatever.. just thought i would share.. I guess I can still have fun.. woo hoo..

If I can stress anything to you...it is to celebrate each and every accomplishment in this battle...no matter how small or big you perceive it to be!  Each little battle we win helps us to conquer the big and mighty anxiety WAR in the end.

Way to go....I'm glad you enjoyed yourself and made it through...that is great news!  And, it is GREAT to share the positive here, so we can all benefit from your success.

Good for You!  It's important to remember that having fun and relaxing is where a lot (most?) of us are trying to get back to.  It's good to get out and practice once in a while.  :)  
Even if I don't feel like leaving at that particular moment, once I'm out and enjoying myself there is usually a moment where I go, Oh wow...  This is how it's "supposed" to be.  Those moments are very important.
