med for anxiety
hi. I am looking for a med for anxiety and panic disorder. this med must not be addictive and cause memory impairment like rivotril. anyone has suggestion? thanks
why not try CBT, really don't think it's good to recommend meds in net as only your Dr. would know which one would be good for you. gook luck
Some are technically addictive, some aren't, but all can be very hard to quit. Don't let the label determine your decision. And I'm with silverberg, therapy is your best first option. Meds treat symptoms, but don't cure. If it becomes necessary, they'll always be there.
