You CANNOT get HIV from a toilet seat, the door, the door knob, any surface actually.  We are a lucky society in that HIV is not able to live on any surface.  The only mode of transmission is human to human contact that would involve an INFECTED person's blood doing DIRECTLY into a cut on you.  This is why unprotected intercourse is a mode of transmission and of course that only can happen if one of the people participating is HIV positive.

Your other symptoms may be due to HIV anxiety but you really should visit a doctor to see if it is something physicial such as toncilitis.

Post again if you have any more questions.

You just said the magic words of "I can't live with this anymore help me."  This means that you need to seek proifessional help.  We have all been where you are.  Sometimes it just becomes so overwhelming to deal with ourselves and so we need to seek outside help to get us on the right path.  So that is my suggestions for you.  If you have not been to the doctor to rule out any physical problems, then that is where you should start.  If the doctor finds nothing wrong, then discuss the problem and see if they can refer you to a psychologist that can help you deal with these thoughts.  In order to get  better you have to be proactive and help yourself...it is the only way.
