Hypochondria is a frequent symptom of anxiety disorders! It's like a snake eating it's own tail for us, creating a feedback loop that makes us worse and worse when we focus obsessively on one thing.
As rls27 said, googling medical issues isn't supposed to equal self-diagnosis. My ex used to see anxiety sufferers coming in to the ER convinced they had Ebola, cancer, polio, all sorts of unlikely stuff, and sometimes our brains can mimic the symptoms quite well!
Your physical and mental symptoms sure do sound like anxiety. Have you started treatment? One thing that you learn fast here is that we come here to this site after we've already realized that we can't fix our problems alone. At this point, the very best thing you can do is to speak to your doctor, tell him or her that you're dealing with hypochondria and anxiety, and ask to have any physical causes ruled out, then to speak with a mental health professional.
The good news about dealing with anxiety is that treatment doesn't require much more than some effort and dedication to learning about yourself. Some people need medication to get started, and some don't. Everyone is told to start an exercise program, even if that just means taking a few minutes every day to walk. Regardless, however, you need to speak with a professional to see about finding ways to get better. You don't need to worry about much more than that.
yes i am a googler as much as i try to stop i tell myself i google to make my self feel better but it always ends up making me feel worse :( Im trying
I'm guessing you read somewhere that poor dental health can contribute to certain illnesses, and you've taken that one possible health concern and have now applied it to your overall health. Have you been googling symptoms or reading a lot about this sort of thing? If so, stop the googling, and start taking your doctors word that your health is otherwise fine.
