just wondering if anyone can help or offer ideas.
Yes i have anxiety but my concerns are based on the persistant muscle tension in my head, neck and shoulders.- its been over 12 months since they have been relaxed.. any ideas on the best way to undo all this built up tension?
my anxiety is semi controlled, only seems to flair up these days when i concentrate of my issues.. be it the muscle tension or the way my eyes seem to float around whilst looking at the computer, tv etc..
Do you take meds for you anxiety? If not I would talk to your doctor about getting some. The tension could very well be your anxiety and your mind is always thinking about your tension so it never seems to fully go away. The mind is very powerful and will cause this type of thing if it is uncontrolled.
