ive been taking 20 mg of citalopram for about a month.  I like to have a small 4 oz to 6 0Z of Moscato Wine now and then, I haven't had any wine since I started on the citalopram.  Would it be harmful to have a small glass now and then to help me sleep at night///

I second what remar says above.  MOST docs will tell you that a small glass now and again is okay, but some are more ridgid.  Follow your doctor's recommendations.

Most Drs recommend that you do not have any alcohol while taking this med. If you want to have a small glass now and then you can always ask your Dr if it's alright.
