hey, i have the program and all the One Move Technique is is DEMAND MORE. when you feel the symptoms of a panic attack, instead of running from it, you demand more. call fear's bluff. :)
Hey man! I feel for you, I used to deal with horrible horrible anxiety and panic attacks that would make whoopie goldberg look as white as drew carey.
I'm not entirely sure about the One move program, but I can totally throw some advice your way!
-Lots of Water
-Exorcise Daily
-Make sure you take Multi-Vitamins (some people suffer alot more than they have to based upon just lacking certain vitamins theyre brain needs!)
-Change something! (Re-arrange your room, your house, your cabnets! This exorcise really helped me out alot.. sometimes you just need a little change in your life to keep things interesting and help get rid of re-accouring anxiety and panic attacks where you once would have them!)
-Eat Healthier (Grease, Chocolate and Caffiene all trigger anxiety attacks, Cut that junk out!)
Do you smoke Weed? That was a huge factor in my life.. I smoked, I was high, then I paniced. I stopped and now I'm panic free. Marijuana effects your central nervous system and will give you Panicy feelings in the long run.

Remember to cut the things out of your life that will cause you depression or anger, try to relax and go with the flow! Dont sweat the small stuff!

Hi I don`t know this technique, but I can assure you I feel your pain since I have severe anxiety disorders and EXTREMELY violent panic attacks, actually its estreme;y hard to type these words right now because now I feel AWFUL...this is so painful!
