paxil and anxiety/panic attacks

all my life i have been suffering from panic/anxiety attacks i just didn't know how to help myself, just recently i was put on paxil 37.5 mg i can't tell how much it has helped me but i keep feeling worried that it will affect my heart and lungs. am i being anxious all over again or is there someone who feels the same way out there

I am on Paxil 50 mg...I have not heard of any side effects pertaining to the heart. The only problems I have read about has to due with conceiving and bearing children.
