I have very back anxiety as well! have had all the same symptoms and tests done! YOu'd think with all these test it would help? Is have to agree with onedayillbfine, its very much in our heads and the more we dwell on a sympttom the worse they get and don't go away!. For me I go for a walk or do something to take my mind off that symptom! I hope you feel better
it all sounds familiar ive been there to ive been to the er at least 8 times thinking this is it.It is a battle and it wont be easy but focus on whats important and what you need to do to get your worries and fears under control.the advice moe has given you are pretty good ones and even going to try some myself.I fear death i fear the way i feel but i have to learn and am learning im ok and will be ok its all in my head best of luck
I am home now. Er did dmg, blood work, chest xray. Nothin.g wrong with me but the. Feelings are still here. That feeling in my stomach. The dizziness. The unreal feelings. It wont go away!!!
Your not going to die your going toi be just fine. Its all in your head and within you. It takes practice to snap out of it and or to feel better.
Have you been in and around stress latley? maybe from school, exams etc?
if so, then you need to take it easier on yourself and get help from your classmates and professors into completing assighnments and helping you prepare for such events.
Now i suffered anxiety myself when i had a panic attack in june 2011. I thought i was going to die and for a week straight i didnt know if i was alive or if i was dead. It was a horrible emotion that stuck with me.
I can keep going on, but i want to give you answers. Here are tips:
1. 2-4 times a week, take a LAVENDER bath for about an hour with relaxing music.
2. get at LEAST 7 hours of sleep every night
3. EAT at least 5 small meals a day. Mixture of protein, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins and minerals.
4. Excerise, about 25 min a day of cardio minimum! add weight lifting but minimize it to 2-3 times a week.
5. Practicing breathing about 4 mins a day consecutively! But dont go over 14 breaths per minute :)
