Sure as mentioned above this can all be the effect of your anxiety.
In general it can show itself in the most insane ways. It just ***** when your that young. Im 25 myself and its ruling my life.... So yeah, you aint alone.
But as MusicalKid mentioned, its most likely emotional.
Last time i tried something similar was when i was having some issues with this "damsel"- Due to some issues with her, my mind was going insane. I started to feel like someone had dropped boiling water on both my legs. Like the layer "under" the skin was burning. Was worse when I was sitting still and not moving. Called the doc and he took a look, but could not find any reason to it and of course knowing my "mental history" suggested it might be my mind due to some issue"-
And as soon as me and the girl figured out our differences and split, well..... it stopped. Just like that.
So while there may be hundreds of reasons as to why your feeling what your feeling..... Try to sit down and think about your situation.... see if there is something in particular thats bothering you, that you might be able to fix. Might be that could at least linger the "pain" a little.
I want to thank yall so much to to know I'm not alone means so much. I hope I can just get back to myself soon. And MusicalKid17 thank you and please feel free to email me as well.
When you go to the ER, what do they give you to make you feel better? I am assuming, because of their diagnosis that it's an anti- anxiety med such as lorazepam. If they are giving you a benzo and your symptoms are calmed then they are most likely right. It is anxiety. You really need to see a doctor and find a med that helps. ER trips are not fun. A lot of anxiety meds are incredibly cheap. Please try to get some help. There must be a clinic in your area that accepts payments or charges on a sliding scale. There are breathing exercises you can do and exercise will help, but you really need to see a doc.
What your feeling is perfectly normal. Dont think of yourself as a different kind of person for it. Your 23 years young, of course your going to have anxiety! Honestly, your not alone. A lot of other people are going though the same things, and some much worse! It seems like your looking medical for something that's emotional. Take a deep breathe, take a walk, exercise. Do what you do best. If its reading, read. If its drawing or writing, then draw or write. If you need further help with relaxing, message me. I will be happy to help.
