You should keep a note of each symptom, what you were doing when it started if anything. So when you do go see your doc you don't have to play the guessing game. Tell them any and all symptoms as it could be something else causing your physical symptoms that in turn cause the anxiety. When our bodies are out of whack it tells us and yours seems to be. I have anxiety as well so I know what your going through. There sadly is no one size fits all fix, that would be great. But you do need to try to distract yourself when you feel it coming on don't know why but it helps . With me my daughter can sooth my anxiety just by being near me when I'm in a full blown panic attack. Look up natural anxiety herbs if you don't want to do the pharm thing probably better for you but always have full knowledge of what you are doing with proper research. But I honestly think you should go see your family doc asap.
You need to consult a doctor as soon as possible - it may be anxiety related to multiple sclerosis (where different parts of the body cause disomfort and pain over time). Don't worry - it's NOT as bad as it sounds. :)
Sounds like to me your anxiety is causing you all these symptoms. Your obsessing about it which is going to make it worse. If I were you I would make an appt to go see a doctor to help you with your anxiety issues. It will get better you just have to be proactive.
Time to see a psychologist.
