Thinking and doing are two completely different things. Just my own opinion. Those who think about it and come write about want help with a problem they may be going through. I have known three people who have killed themselves. They told nobody a thing and vanished. Went somewhere private. By talking about it is a good thing. People think about it too, as was mentioned above. But they are just negative thoughts. The bulk of them wouldn't actually do it. Just going through a rough time in life. So hang on in there. No pun intended.
commonly most of the people have thought od committing suicide some time or other.Once you take care of the cause for the anxiety the thought of suicide will be thought as rediculous.
Consult a psychologist of psychiatrist if the anxiety is serioud enough.
Otherwise the time is a big healing factor.Say there is an issue which worries you.try to visualize what will this issue cause me trouble after 5 years? The expected loss will means very little in the long run.Suicide does not solve any problem.
