Whats going on with me?

I noticed now, when I'm in class my eyes would be all blurry when I look down to take notes and some times it happens when I'm not taking notes. What could be the problem? Is it my anxiety or is something wrong with my eyes or brain? I have a habit of like, whenever I have a symptom and I think its serious I would rush to the internet and spend hours on end looking up the cause then get negative new and have anxiety attacks. Is it because I don't drink a lot of water? My mouth is not dry and last night I cried myself to sleep so I'm not out or tears. I also go to the bathroom normally so what can be causing the blur vision? Any help? Please?

I dont know for sure what it could be but I know anxiety can cause a lot of symptoms. Then agian could be meds or something I dont know. I think you should go ahead and get your eyes and things checked out just in case. Even if it turns out to be nothing. It doesnt mean going into panic mode worrying but just causiously checking with a doctor. Also you should probably tell your phych doctor as well and see if you need a med adjustment or if he or she thinks that it could be anxiety. Because anxiety does have a lot of symptoms. But I think its better to go ahead and have your physical health looked at anyway and if theres nothing wrong chances are it is anxiety acting up. Just my thoughts on it.

Hope that you feel better soon. Sounds pretty scary to have problems with your eye site. And of course anxiety is scary too.

I noticed my vision is fine when I'm doing normal activities but only sometimes my eyes get like that. I think all of this is due to anxiety because I NEVER experienced this before when I didn't have anxiety. It wall started when I had my appendix removed 3 months ago. Actually tomorrow will be exactly 3 months since the surgery. The week before I got my appendix out, I was reading about it on the internet. So when I went to the hospital a week after and the doctors confirmed that my appendix was inflamed it scared me. I use to look stuff up health wise on the internet but it was just for fun. I looked up the symptoms the Wednesday morning before I had my appendix removed and I was shocked. I thought this could not be happening to me. If it was not for God my body would be in a grave right now. I thank him so much for bringing me through this and I know with the help of the people on MedHelp, my parents and others, also God for course I will get over it. I hate my anxiety. I also have a close friend that has anxiety as well. Most for the time we compare symptoms and they are exactly the same. She mostly fears sudden death but my anxiety is more like I worry about my health. Thanks everyone for your help. Please feel free to respond to this with your advise it will be a great help.

It sounds like you might need an adjustment of your meds.  I call my doctor if I am crying and cannot stop.  I have reached the point in my life where I will not tolerate any "symptoms" because I am tired of having them!  call yr doctor asap.  sometimes I just leave a message crying and it is enough to get in to see the dr. right away.

im not sure for you exactly but sometimes my anxiety makes my vision get weird. everything seems super bright all the sudden then my vision gets super blurry and i almost get tunnel vision. it normally lasts 30 mins or so. not sure if yours is the same but i do know that anxiety can affect your vision in different ways. but if you really feel something is wrong you should definetly at least give your doctor a call. hope this helps!
