pristiq + valium cold turkey

I would appreciate some medical info from my 'story' on file. Normally i only work with natural therapies and have been very disappointed with the whole drug taking experience. Please could one of your drs take a look at my case. I am returning to my original MD this week for a review. He is an MD but chinese practioner as well and does chinese herbs, relaxation, meditation and accupunture. I wish i had stayed there. I feel very let down atm and definitely in episode. (having witnessed my mum and sister for years) Disappointed angry frustrated, teary, fatigued somewhat suicidal but not going to self harm just distracting thoughts rather than carry through plans. Would really appreciate any ideas or thoughts on detox from valium and pristiq cold turkey as suggested by my psychiatrist 15mg valium and 100mg of pristiq. Hell
