I am suffering from morning anxiety which is continued all day long only the degree keeps on reducing. I am a student of final year but my classes are off right now. also i am struggling a lot to establish my relationship. I hadnt told anyone about this. what should i do????????
Speak to someone about it. Talk terapy is one of the beat ways to ease your anxiety. Also medz but it don't seem like u r doing that badly so start off with the talk terapy and see how that works for u.
